Visit the occupii homepage.

Click Search to browse available spaces.
2. Use Filters to Refine Your Results
Once you’ve started a search, use filters to narrow down your options:
Location: Search by city, town, or postcode.
Space Type: Retail, office, studio, warehouse, storage, or other.
Booking Type: Hourly, daily, or weekly.
Capacity: Filter based on how many people the space can accommodate.
Features & Amenities: Wi-Fi, parking, furniture, kitchen access, disabled access, and more.

Some spaces are available instantly, while others require approval from the owner.
5. Ask the Owner a Question (Optional)
If you need more details before booking:
Click “Message Owner” on the listing.
Send your question directly through occupii’s secure messaging system.
6. Save Your Favourite Spaces
Logged-in users can click “Save to Favourites” to build a shortlist of spaces to revisit later.

Click “Request to Book.”

You’ll receive an email notification when your request is approved or declined.
Some listings may offer Instant Book, where your booking is confirmed immediately.
6. Pay Securely
Once your booking is approved:
Complete your payment through occupii’s secure checkout powered by Stripe.
Payment is held safely until the booking is completed.
7. Receive Your Booking Confirmation
After payment, you’ll receive:
A confirmation email with the space details and booking summary.
Contact details for the space owner.
Any important instructions or access information.
8. Show Up & Enjoy Your Space
Arrive at the scheduled time and follow the House Rules provided in the listing.

You are charged immediately after the space owner approves your booking request, or instantly for Instant Book listings.
Your payment is held securely and only released to the space owner after your booking is successfully completed.
4. Do You Charge Any Booking Fees?
occupii charges a small service fee, included in the total price shown at checkout.
This fee covers payment processing, platform support, and booking protection.
You’ll always see a full breakdown of the price before you pay.

3. Understanding Refunds
Refunds depend on the cancellation policy set by the space owner when they listed their space.
