Which plan is right for me?

The differnece in plans purely determines the functionilty of your dashboard. If you are looking to rent a space out then opt for an owners account. Alternatively if you are looking for a space to use setup a guest account.

How many listings can we call create?

This is limited only by your imagination and ability to secure property to rent out space on flexible terms.

What does Occupii fee cover?

We charge a standard rate of 20% for each booking made through our platform. This fee covers all transaction fees, marketing and helps us to continue to improve our platform.

Will you help us set everything up?

Larger portfolio mangers should contact us directly so we can help speed up listing multiple listings.

What is the cancellation policy?

Both owners and guests have the ability to cancel bookings. We advise each user to determine there own cancellation policy and we advise that all guests carefully read the cancellations policies.
